Shipping policy

I travel to conventions frequently, so it may take me 1-3 weeks to ship your items. I cannot do rush-orders.
I usually ship items using USPS Ground Advantage or First-Class Mail. I am not responsible for delays caused by USPS or your local post office.

Convention Pickup

If you will be visiting one of my conventions, you can preorder items for pickup! Add items to your cart like normal, and then click the "Order for Con Pickup" button in your cart.
After you submit the request, please screenshot or bookmark the confirmation page. You will need this to pickup your order at my booth. You will not receive an email confirmation of your request.
If you do not pickup your order, we will return the items to our regular stock. We cannot transfer pickup orders, so you will need to place a new order in the future.
There is no surcharge/fees for pickup orders.

I currently can only ship to the USA and Canada at this time.
Unfortunately as an independent artist, I am unable to meet the tax or shipping law needs of the EU, EEA, and Northern Ireland and cannot ship there. I hope this changes in the future, thank you for your understanding!
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering from me. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
